Sooners Locker Room Tour with Landry Jones

Coach and co offensive coordinator Jay Norvell (@CoachJayNorvell) posted this video in his twitter feed.  The video shows Landry Jones giving a MTV cribs style tour of the OU facilities.  Let me tell you this thing is plush, complete with ambient lighting and a safe in every locker just like a Vegas hotel suite.  The shower heads our those gigantic ones that imitate rain falling like you would see in custom built home.  In fact the last time I saw something this plush was in Las Vegas.  Their our kings of small countries that would give anything for a dressing room like this.  The shower heads our those big ones that imitate rain falling like you see in custom built homes.

Ryan Broyles and Mary Beth's Twit Pics Max out the Cuteness Meter

This week @RyanBroyles and @1Mary_Beth babysat for one of Mary Beth's friends who has six kids.

 

@SoonerSocial loves to write features on Mary Beth and Ryan because they are such positive people and good Christians.  Our feature on their engagement is one of our favorite posts.  If you haven't seen it check it out.  Also stories about these two kids absolutely max out the cuteness meter on our little blog.  This baby-sitting is good proctice for when Mary Beth and Ryan have their own kids.  However, unlike Mary Beth's friend who has six kids Mary Beth has tweeted that she only wants two kids.

On Monday nights Raw former WWE announcer and current Sooner mega fan Jim Ross won a wrestling match against an opponent dressed in OSU orange.  At @soonersocial we think this is a harbinger of things to come.  Sooner future phenom @DrewAllen1 even tweeted about JR's big win.

Sooner B-Baller and Landry Jones fiance Whitney Hand @whitneyhand25 reported via Twitter that her (and Landry's) friend @whittyeyrenee is wearing an Halloween colored OU jersey this weekend.  Pretty cool looking if you ask me!I  Of course it is @LandryJones12 number.  however it is also OSU colors, but we are going to kill them this year anyway so who cares, right?  @whittyrenee or anyone else PLEASE tweet a picture of yourself at tonights game in your coolest Sooner apparel and  We will chose a #SmokinHotSoonerSweetie of the game.  We didn't have one for the Kansas games because we did not have any submissions.  We are a small blog but our following is growing fast and we can't wait to appoint a new SHSS!  If we don't get any submissions again this week we may just have to make our reigning SHSS @CourtBoggs the permanent SHSS.  She looked great in her Sharks Bite shirt.  So come on everybody tweet us some pictures.

Hook em Horns!

At @soonersocial we don't pull for Texas very freaking often if ever.  However, nothing would make me happier than to see OSU come in to Austin overly confident and think that they will just walk through the game like a scrimmage and then get beat by the Horns.  When OU plays OSU if we are both undefeated a the winner will go to the national championship game. The aggies have never done that before so they will be beyond PUMPED to play us.  Of course I still believe we will beat them but I would feel better about our chances if the Aggies don't have so much on the line.  
Having said that they OSU does look really good this year and they will probably light Texas up.  That frickin' Weeden looks like he could be playing on Sundays right now.  I do hope the Horns give them a game, or at least a scare.

Kenny Stills is a @soonersocial 's Hero!

Kenny Stills amongst other athletes are at the Chris Brown show in OKC tonight.  According to multiple tweets Kenny is pulling more ass than Chris Brown.  The ladies are lined up to get a photo with Stills.  Besides being a hell of an athlete and nice looking guy, Kenny will be playing on Sundays someday very soon.  Young women tend to like this...

The @soonersocial wheels of the week belong to Mr Dominique Whaley AKA @DOM_IN_8.  His 64 yard run against Texas was spectacular.  I love how Brent Musberger made the comment that Bevo could not even bare to face towards the field.  @DOM_IN_8 you have some jets, and made the Texas secondary look like fools.
